1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using the MasterStroke mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MasterStroke.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use MasterStroke in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

4. Points, gameplay & requests

MasterStroke provides player features such as rounds, bets, wallet balances, add-points requests, and withdrawals as offered in the app. Rates, availability, results, and processing timelines may change. Submitted payment or withdrawal details must belong to you (or be authorized for your use).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with service integrity, fairness, or other players.
  • Misrepresent identity or payment information.
  • Use MasterStroke for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

MasterStroke branding, app content, and related materials are owned by MasterStroke or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterStroke is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service features over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may stop offering features or close accounts when necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
